BIO & RESUMÉ
I began my career as an opera singer, studying privately with the late Gerald S. Tate and at the Mannes College of Music.
It was while living in Washington, D. C, that I began my acting career, studying at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company. My production credits included performances with Memorial Day for Theatre Conspiracy, Monday Night at the National Theatre, The Kennedy Center Festival Series, Source Theatre, and Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company.
I moved to New York City to pursue my career in acting and began training at SFT (School for Film and Television) which prepared me for roles in indie film like RED COCKROACHES, HOUSE OF SLEEPING BEAUTIES, and MALCOLM AND MONA.
My New York stage credits include: "Mom" in the Off-Broadway production of SLEEPING WITH STRAIGHT MEN at The Maverick Theater (now the Upright Citizen's Brigade), "Dora Bailey" in SINGIN' IN THE RAIN with Rockwell Productions, and "Margarita" in GIBBOUS MOON for the Soho Repertory Theatre Company.
I love the full range of an actor's life, and credit my recent successes to on-going training with Tim Phillips Studio. I'm a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and look forward to expanding my union status.
